DESIRED Project Participated at the 1st International Conference on Advanced Materials & Nanotechnology
Prof. Michele Aresta (IC2R) and Prof. Angela Dibenedetto (CIRCC) participated in the 1st International Conference on Advanced Materials & Nanotechnology, held on February 27–March 1, 2025, at the Ambassador Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand.
Prof. Aresta delivered a keynote lecture on “Towards the Carbon Cyclic Economy: Alternative Carbon Sources and New Catalytic Materials for Transitioning Away from Fossil-C”, while Prof. Dibenedetto presented “Transition from Fossil-C to Renewable-C (Biomass and CO₂) Driven by Hybrid Catalysis”, actively promoting the DESIRED project.
The conference gathered leading academic scientists, researchers, and scholars from 17 countries, fostering the exchange of knowledge and research in Nanotechnology. It provided a premier interdisciplinary platform for discussing recent innovations, emerging trends, and practical challenges, as well as exploring solutions in the field.
The participation of Prof. Aresta and Prof. Dibenedetto significantly contributed to the visibility and dissemination of the DESIRED project within the global scientific community.
